THE BUSINESS
Neil Blake is the sole creator and owner of Strawberry Music Ltd, and has been producing software for Yamaha keyboards, organs, and digital pianos for over 30 years.
After establishing his first software business, Style Disk Warehouse, in 1993, Neil went on to acquire the software divisions of The Ariel Club, Soundsoft, Technote Ltd, and BCK Products. In 2008, the company was rebranded as Strawberry Music Ltd.
In addition to Yamaha keyboards, the company has produced software for Technics, Roland, Casio, and Hammond. However, the majority of business today focuses on Yamaha products, including Genos, Tyros, PSR-SX, CVP models, and HS, EL, and AR organs.

MUSICIAN
Neil has worked as a professional or semi-professional musician since 1979. While he performs less frequently today, he spent many years on the club and cabaret circuit, backing artists through sight-reading.
From 1993 to 2000, he hosted his own summer season shows in Blackpool and Skegness.
He also worked as a demonstrator for years in music stores, including Fox's Music at the prestigious Meadowhall shopping centre near Sheffield.
Starting his software business in his spare time-initially creating styles and registrations free for customers-Neil gradually expanded his range, advertised, and built what is now the largest keyboard software collection in the world.
Today, with customers worldwide and over 600 YouTube videos, he enjoys an outstanding reputation among thousands of loyal users.
Looking ahead, Neil plans to continue creating software while also returning to songwriting, an interest he first pursued in the 1980s, attracting attention from artists such as Elton John and Alison Moyet, before pausing to focus on family and business.
